Exchange Policy
MY OWN WARDROBE offers a 3 days Exchange Policy, applicable for size-related issues and damaged products, subject to the following terms:
Exchange is only valid for 3 days from the date of product delivery
To proceed with the exchange, the product must be in its original condition along with tags intact and original packaging
Exchange can only be made to change the size
If the new product of exchange is of a higher value, then the difference amount will be borne by the customer
If the new product of exchange is of a lesser value, then the difference amount will be credited as a Gift Card/Store Credit
A nominal fee of ₹150/- will be charged for size exchange (free exchange is available in case of wrong or damage product delivered, opening parcel video is mandatory)
If the new desired size (as listed on the website) is not available and the customer chooses not to proceed with a different product, then a store credit will be issued of the original order value minus an exchange fee of ₹150/-
The store credit will be valid for lifetime
Size exchange is not valid on free size products
Why do we charge an Exchange Fee:
We charge an exchange fee to cover the costs associated with processing the exchange, such as shipping and handling. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our service while managing operational expenses.

Accessories, Socks, Innerwear have no exchange policy
Products purchased on sale have no exchange policy
Fail to provide the necessary evidence
Product used or dirty
Product Without Tag(s)
IN CASES OF DAMAGED/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE ORDER RECEIVED, AN UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE REQUIRED
If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE order, you may exchange your purchase,for an exchange by notifying us within 48 hours of order delivered
To make a return, share the Proper Unboxing Video of the order on What's app +91- 9871151520 and make sure to mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
Make sure to open the packet after showing the shipping label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and there should be no pauses in between
Your exchange order will be shipped once the returned product reaches our warehouse
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging and tags
NO EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION
UNBOXING RULES FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Read carefully for missing, damaged or wrong products delivered.
The unboxing video should start with (a) all 4 sides view, (b) top & bottom view and (c) the full unboxing process. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package
Close-up of unboxing video will not be accepted
After unboxing, the product is to be opened and the damage or number of items is to be clearly shown in the video
Video to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Only genuine issues will be entertained
When will my pickup for size exchange take place?
Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. However, the reverse pickup solely depends on the service availability in your pincode. In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) through IndiaPost Registered Parcel to our warehouse and a reimbursement of upto ₹99/- as courier charges will be applicable.
Why did the pick-up of my order fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. We will reinitiate the pickup in such cases, once you reach us by sending us a whatsapp text on +91-9871151520.
RETURN - REFUND POLICY
Incase, you do not wish to exchange the product, you can opt for a Refund as Store credit in the exchange centre. However, the store credit will be valid for lifetime.
FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR
MY OWN WARDROBE reserves the right to cancel any order if found inappropriate or fraudulent. Also, in such cases order will be canceled without any refund.
Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to unethical transactions, moral misconduct, and using abusive words within the MY OWN WARDROBE community.
CASH REFUND POLICY
Currently, MY OWN WARDROBE do not offer cash refunds.
